Non-Stop Flushing?

Possible Cause
1. Panel push rod is too long; pressing against the flush valve button.

Check/Action/Solution
Check the Front Panel Push Rod if it is pressing against the Flush Valve Push Button even when manual flush is not triggered. Adjust the protrusion length of the Front Panel Push Rod.

Possible Cause
2. Dirt Stuck in the Piston Orifice hole

Check/Action/Solution
Use a fine wire in 0.6mm or less, poke into the orifice hole to clear any possible dirt inside.

Possible Cause
3. Solenoid Valve Failure

Check/Action/Solution
Disassemble solenoid valve, check and clean solenoid plunger and diaphragm. If problem continues, replace solenoid valve.

Question:
No Water coming out even when Manual Push Button is pressed

Possible Cause
1. Stop Cock is CLOSED

Check/Action/Solution
Check the Stop Cork. It should be at fully OPEN position.

Question:
Too little water coming out from Flush Valve. Weak Flushing

Answer:

Possible Cause
1. Stop Cock is CLOSED

Check/Action/Solution
Check the Stop Cork. It should be at fully OPEN position.

Possible Cause
2. Adjustment Screw on Piston Capping clockwise adjusted too low.

Check/Action/Solution
Turn the Adjustment Screw anti-clockwise (view from top) to increase water flow volume.

Possible Cause
3. Inlet Chokage

Check/Action/Solution
Check inlet condition. The inlet should be outer diameter 28mm pipe. Check if the correct inlet pipe is installed.
